  • Mushrooms

Method

Step 1

Clean and remove stems from mushrooms.

Step 2

Wrap each mushroom with strip of bacon.

Step 3

Cook over med heat in pan until bacon is crisp.

Step 4

In last few minutes of cooking, brush with bbq sauce.
