Chili Queso Dip

Ingredients
- 16 oz box of velveeta cheese
- 15 can of beanless chili
- 1 cup whole milk
- 1 tbs lime juice
- 2 tsp paprika
- 4 tsp chili powder
- 1/2 tsp cayenne pepper (ground)
- 1/2 tsp cumin (ground)
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
Method
Step 1
Cut the cheese into wedges and put in a sauce pan.
Step 2
Add the rest of the ingredients. Heat the pan to a medium heat.
Step 3
Once it gets warm and starts bubbling, reduce the heat to low and let it simmer for approx 20 minutes. You have to keep an eye on this one or it will burn on the edges.
Step 4
Once it's done, throw it in a bowl and serve it with some tortilla chips.
