Ingredients

  • 1 bottle of your favorite glaze( teriyaki/bbq/whatever)
  • 20 Large Mushrooms
  • 20 Slices Thick Bacon(you can buy individual slices at your grocer's butcher counter

Method

Step 1

Wrap thick bacon around mushrooms and place a toothpick through the bacon and mushroom to secure the bacon to the mushroom.

Step 2

Cover with sauce.

Step 3

Grill or bake at 400 degrees until the bacon is crisp.

Step 4

*you can substitute Shrimp for the mushrooms too
