Ingredients
- Quaker Oats 6 oz 12 oz 24 oz 48 oz
- Bread Crumbs 6 oz 12 oz 24 oz 48 oz
- Stove Top Stuffing 6 oz 12 oz 24 oz 48 oz
- Special K Cereal 6 oz 12 oz 24 oz 48 oz
- Sharp Cheddar Cheese (shredded) 6 oz 12 oz 24 oz 48 oz
- Water 6 oz 12 oz 24 oz 48 oz
- Dry Lipton Onion Soup ½ pkg 1 pkg 2 pkg 4 pkg
- Eggs 1 2 4 6
- Fire House Seasoning (see below) 1 tsp 2 tsp 4 tsp 6 tsp
Method
Step 1
In food Processor granulate finely Oats, Bread Crumbs, Stuffing, and Special K.
Step 2
Mix rest of ingredients very well together and let stand covered for 20-30 minutes so

everything is moistened. If you need additional water, add sparingly. Using a small cookie scoop to form mixture into balls (may also use teaspoon). (if balls too big cut in half then roll)
Step 4
Balls may be lightly coated with very fine panko bread crumbs
Step 5
Method 1: Place formed balls into a deep fryer to brown. Method 2: Place formed balls into cast iron skillet with olive oil to brown.
Step 6
Put into a baking dish or crock pot and add 1 of the following: 1. Barbeque Sauce (I like spicy BBQ sauce for an extra zing)
