BURGR-the E is missing and that’s about it!

This past weekend, I was lucky enough to try out the Gordon Ramsay restaurant BURGR while visiting Las Vegas. The restaurant is situated at the front entrance of the Plant Hollywood Hotel located mid strip. As you enter the hotel you can’t help but notice the impressive “wall of flame” which spans one whole side of the restaurant. Equally impressive is the line of soon to be diners waiting for an open table(they don’t take reservations). However, the wait is well worth your time. We were lucky enough to be seated next to the wall of flame which I imagine is a coveted spot. The restaurant has about 50/50 ratio of tables and booths with a sports bar atmosphere. At the entrance of the restaurant, there is also a bar which serves the full menu. The menu features appetizers, salads, burgers, chicken/fish sandwiches and desserts. One of most impressive parts of the menu is the extensive and imaginative drink menu(Gordon Ramsay’s pub at Caesar’s also has a great drink menu). I had chicken sliders(appetizer), kale Caesar salad, blue cheese chicken sandwich and Parmesan truffle fries. Everything was exceptionally good. The chicken sandwich was made with a ground chicken patty which gave it a real burger taste. I would highly recommend this place if you’re ever in the area. So far, each of the Gordon Ramsay restaurants I have had the pleasure to try, have lived up to the hype.
