Baked Beans

Ingredients

  • 6-16 oz cans pork and beans
  • 1 lb of ground beef
  • 6 strips of bacon
  • 1 large onion chopped
  • ½ cup KC Masterpiece original BBQ sauce
  • ½ cup Ketchup
  • 4 tbsp French’s Mustard
  • 4 tbsp Molasses
  • 1 tsp Chili powder
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp pepper

Method

Step 1

The first thing you’re going to do is brown the beef, bacon and onion. Once this is done, drain the fat.

Step 2

Next, add all of the other ingredients except for the beans. Cook this on a medium to low heat for approximately 2-3 minutes stirring continuously.

Step 3

Remove from heat and mix in the beans. If the pot you are using is oven safe then you’re good. Otherwise, pour everything in an oven safe dish and bake for 1 hour at 350 degrees.

Step 4

This is a must have side dish at your next large family BBQ.
