Ingredients

  • 1 lb of bacon
  • 4 tomatoes
  • 1 head of green leaf lettuce
  • 3 Avocados
  • Bread
  • Mayonnaise

Method

Step 1

Place the whole pack of bacon in a large skillet. Let cook until the bacon is brown and crisp. You will have to turn often so that you are careful not to burn the bacon.

Step 2

While the bacon is cooking, slice your tomatoes and Avocados.

Step 3

Wash the lettuce thoroughly and cut off the bottom steam and I like to cut off the top inch or so, this way you get rid of any wilted part of the lettuce.

Step 4

Finally, build your sandwich. Some people prefer to toast the bread. I prefer soft large pieces of whole wheat bread.
