Ingredients
- 100 Hot Dogs
- 100 Hot Dog Buns
- 3 lb ground beef browned
- 1 small onion minced fine
- 3 large onion minced fine
- 18 oz bbq sauce
- 8 oz sweet relish well drained
- 24 oz chili hot beans
- 3 clove garlic
- 14 oz ketchup
Method
Step 1
In a large skillet ground beef, garlic, and small onion, cook until crumbly. Drain off grease.
Step 2
In a large crock pot combine ground beef mixture, bbq sauce, ketchup, relish and beans.
Step 3
Cook on med heat for 2 hours.
Step 4
In a large pan place hot dogs into and cover with water, bring to a boil.
Step 5
Place 2 buns on plate and place cooked hot dog onto buns. Spoon mixture onto bun.
Step 6
Garnish with minced raw onions
Step 7
Serve with dill pickle slice and chips.
