Ingredients

  • 4 to 6 lbs of tomatoes
  • 2 - bunches of green onions
  • 1 - large red onion
  • 2 - bunches of celery
  • 5 - yellow chilies
  • 3 - Jalapeno peppers
  • 1 - Habanera pepper
  • 2 - large cans of tomato sauce
  • 2 - cans of El Pato
  • salt/pepper

Method

Step 1

Dice and mix together.

Step 2

Add spices

Step 3

Blend and Chill.
