Ingredients

  • 1 large bag of large elbow macaroni
  • 2 cans cream of celery
  • 2 cans evaporated milk
  • 1 large bag of 4 cheese mix(mexican blend)
  • 2 eggs
  • For an extra kick 4 hot links

Method

Step 1

Preheat oven to 350 degrees

Step 2

Boil noodles for approx. 10-15 min. Make sure they are not too soft. Drain, but do not rinse

Step 3

Place noodles back into pot, and add other ingredients; 2 cans cream of celery, 1/2 bag of cheese, eggs, cooked hot links (cut up), salt and pepper to taste

Step 4

. Place one layer of mix into large baking dish, and top with cheese. Do this 2-3 times depending how big your dish is, but make sure to top with cheese each time. After the last layer has been added, pour evaporated milk all around the edges and through the middle. This is to keep it from drying out

Step 5

Place mac n cheese in oven for approx 25-30 min, or until noodles start to brown on top.

Step 6

Take out and let sit for 5-10 min, and serve.
