- 24 ice cream sandwich bars
- 1 large tub Cool Whip
- caramel syrup
- chocolate sprinkles
Unwrap and place 12 ice cream sandwich bars in a baking pan. Cover with a layer of Cool Whip.
Drizzle caramel syrup over the Cool Whip. Place last 12 ice cream sandwich bars over that layer. Cover with a layer of Cool Whip. Drizzle caramel syrup over the Cool Whip.
Sprinkle chocolate sprinkles over cake. Place in freezer for about ½ hour before serving.
Variations can be made according to preference. (M&Ms, chopped peanuts, chocolate syrup, crunched up Almond Roca or Butterfinger, etc.) Butterscotch Drops
