Ingredients
- 1 bag fresh spinach
- 1 cup candied walnuts
- 1 package of feta crumbled feta cheese
- 1 cup craisins
- Poppy seed dressing
Method
Step 1
Add all ingredients and toss together with the dressing.
Step 2
To candy the walnuts, melt granulated sugar in a skillet on low and add walnuts. Once coated, turn off heat and cool.
