Kathy’s spinach salad

Ingredients

  • 1 bag fresh spinach
  • 1 cup candied walnuts
  • 1 package of feta crumbled feta cheese
  • 1 cup craisins
  • Poppy seed dressing

Method

Step 1

Add all ingredients and toss together with the dressing.

Step 2

To candy the walnuts, melt granulated sugar in a skillet on low and add walnuts. Once coated, turn off heat and cool.
