Ingredients
- 1(32oz) Package Hashbrowns (in frozen section)
- 1 and 1/2 C. Sour Cream
- 1/2 C. Melted Butter
- 1 and 1/2 C. Grated Cheddar Cheese
- 1/2 C. Finely Chopped Onoin
- 1 Can of Cream on Mushroom Soup
- Salt and Pepper To Taste
- 2 C. Crushed Corn Flakes
- 1/4 C. Melted Butter
Method
Step 1
Mix all ingredients except corn flakes and 1/4 c. butter
Step 2
Pour mixture into 9x13 inch pan coated with vegetable spray.
Step 3
Top with corn flakes and Melted butter.Bake for 1 Hour at 350 degrees
