Ingredients

  • 1(32oz) Package Hashbrowns (in frozen section)
  • 1 and 1/2 C. Sour Cream
  • 1/2 C. Melted Butter
  • 1 and 1/2 C. Grated Cheddar Cheese
  • 1/2 C. Finely Chopped Onoin
  • 1 Can of Cream on Mushroom Soup
  • Salt and Pepper To Taste
  • 2 C. Crushed Corn Flakes
  • 1/4 C. Melted Butter

Method

Step 1

Mix all ingredients except corn flakes and 1/4 c. butter

Step 2

Pour mixture into 9x13 inch pan coated with vegetable spray.

Step 3

Top with corn flakes and Melted butter.Bake for 1 Hour at 350 degrees
