Mama Miriam’s Sweet Meatballs

Ingredients
- 1 20oz bag frozen, fully cooked, meatballs (Thaw)
- 1 tbsp pineapple juice
- 1 12oz jar grape Jelly
- 26oz Jar spaghetti sauce (Prego works well so does plain hunts tomato sauce...if you use hunts, add tbsp olive oil to skillet & cook 1 small red onion diced).
Method
Step 1
In large skillet or pot, add all ingredients (meatballs first), bring to boil on Med-high heat for 1 min.
Step 2
Reduce heat and Simmer for 10 minutes or until meatballs are hot.
I serve this over rice but you can serve it any way you want. We’ve also had these as subs with slivers of Green pepper & onion.
If you want, you can do this in a Crockpot as well. Just add all the ingredients and set to low about 3 to 4 hours prior to eating (stirring once every hour or so). This option helps accommodate larger portions for a bigger crew!!
