BBQ’d Red Potatoes

Ingredients
- 3-4 medium sized red potatoes
- 1 chicken bouillon cube
- 1 tsp butter
- ¼ tsp oregano
- ¼ tsp basil
Method
Step 1
Clean and cut your potatoes into thin slices.
Step 2
Get yourself a nice sized piece of foil. Place the potatoes on the center of the foil. On top of the potatoes place you butter, oregano and basil.
Step 3
Now, crush your bouillon cube over the top.
Step 4
Fold the foil so that it envelopes the potatoes. Place on the grill at a medium-low temp and cook for 20 minutes.
