Ingredients
- 5 lbs Lean ground round or turkey
- 2 large cans of Chili Beans
- 4 cans mexican stewed tomatos
- 1 can diced Ortagas chilis
- 1 can canned nibblet corn
- 2 large yellow onions
- 4 bell peppers (red, Green and yellow)
- 1 can od El Patio tomato sauce
Method
Step 1
Brown hamburger with the diced onions and bell peppers, drain the fat.
Step 2
Add the chili beans, El Patio, stewed tomatoes, Ortega Chilis, corn, salt, pepper, onion, salt, and garlic salt
Step 3
Simmer for 2 to 4 hours ( Or when ever you think it is ready)
Step 4
Serve with Sourdough bread or Corn Bread. Enjoy!
