Ingredients
- 2 cups French Fried Onions (we use French's)
- 2 tbsp Flour
- 4 boneless chicken breasts
- 1 egg, beaten
- ** OPTIONAL: 1/4 cup mustard (ANY FLAVOR)(if using this, simply use in place of the beaten egg)
Method
Step 1
PRE-HEAT OVEN TO 400F
Step 2
Crunch French Fried onions and flour together in plastic bag
Step 3
Dip Chicken into the egg and then crumb mixture
Step 4
Bake 20 minutes at 400 degrees F
