Easy Crunchy Onion Chicken

Ingredients

  • 2 cups French Fried Onions (we use French's)
  • 2 tbsp Flour
  • 4 boneless chicken breasts
  • 1 egg, beaten
  • ** OPTIONAL: 1/4 cup mustard (ANY FLAVOR)(if using this, simply use in place of the beaten egg)

Method

Step 1

PRE-HEAT OVEN TO 400F

Step 2

Crunch French Fried onions and flour together in plastic bag

Step 3

Dip Chicken into the egg and then crumb mixture

Step 4

Bake 20 minutes at 400 degrees F

* There are a million different ways to spice this simple recipe up!  One of the guys even adds hot sauce to the mix!  Try a new variation each time! :-)
