Ingredients

  • 5 boneless skinless chicken breasts
  • 4 eggs
  • 3 cups corn flakes
  • 1 ½ tsp cayenne pepper
  • 1 ½ tsp paprika
  • ½ tsp salt
  • ½ tsp pepper
  • ½ tsp garlic powder
  • 1 cup parmesan cheese

Method

Step 1

Preheat your oven to 375 degrees. Beat your eggs in a bowl.

Step 2

In a separate bowl, smash your corn flakes so that they are a nice crumb consistency.

Step 3

Add your paprika, salt, pepper, garlic powder, cheese and cayenne pepper to the corn flakes

Step 4

Mix all ingredients well. Take each chicken breast and dip completely in the egg.

Step 5

Then completely coat the chicken with the corn flake mixture.

Step 6

Spray a cookie sheet with non stick cooking spray.

Step 7

Place each coated chicken onto the cookie sheet. Bake in the oven for approximately 35 minutes.

Step 8

The chicken will be done when it is no longer pink in the middle and the corn flake coating begins to turn a golden brown.
